A new exhibit is giving parents the tools they need to recognize the signs of substance abuse. The Hidden in Plain Sight bedroom may look like a normal teen's room, but it shows signs parents should look, such as hollowed out pens filled with drugs or garbage bags that addicts can use to hide drugs right under your nose.

Bev Kelley-Miller, who lost her daughter, Megan, to an overdose says it's important to catch addiction early in order to clear treatment hurdles.

She says, "That's the worst hole to be in in the state of Wisconsin, because we separated out those two issues years ago, and so if you try to get help with your addiction and you have mental illness, they'll tell you to see a mental illness counselor."

The exhibit will be open on May 8th-10th from 9:00am to 12:00pm and again from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at Fox Valley Technical College.
