A Brown County judge ruled Friday that there is enough evidence against murder suspect David Tatum, Jr. to send him to trial.
He and Atlas Watson are charged with first degree intentional homicide in the death of 21-year-old Zachariah Boose. Police say an ongoing dispute escalated between the men and ended with Boose being shot to death outside an apartment complex on Lime Kiln Road in Green Bay back in September.
Tatum will be back in court on December 19th.
