Governor Walker has declared Friday, December 1 "Wisconsin Badgers Wear Red Day" ahead of Saturday's Big Ten Championship game.
The Badgers will face Ohio State for the Big Ten title in Indianapolis.
“After an amazing undefeated regular season, the Badgers are set to bring home the Big Ten Championship on Saturday night,” said Governor Walker in a press release. “I’m asking Wisconsin’s Badger fans to wear red this Friday and Saturday to show our support and cheer them on as they go for their biggest win so far this year. Go Badgers!”
Head coach Paul Chryst was named the unanimous Big Ten Coach of the YearThursday.
