The thunderstorms are bringing back concerns of flooding in Winnebago County.
Emergency management leaders said there is risk of minor flooding Wednesday morning and ponding water on the roads.
They're advising residents near rivers, especially the Wolf River, to remain alert to water levels.
More rain is expected Thursday night.
