The Winnebago County Board of Supervisors voted 33-1 to approve a resolution for a roundabout at a location neighbors call a "dangerous intersection".
The roundabout is proposed in Neenah at CTH CB and Oakridge Road.
Nearly two thousand people signed a petition on change.org for the roundabout after numerous deaths at the location.
