Wisconsin reported an increase of 537 COVID-19 cases and three deaths across the state Sunday afternoon.
The state Department of Health Services (DHS) said 10.5% of tests returned positive for the virus. This is the highest percentage of positive daily test results since August 22.
State health officials said almost 7,500 of the over 75,000 cases in Wisconsin are considered "active" as of Sunday. Recovery for the virus remained around 88.5% from Saturday.
Three more deaths were recorded, bringing the state total to 1,122 people who have died in relation to the virus.
Hospitalizations increased by 29 cases, for over 5,800 people hospitalized with the virus.
