Number of coronavirus test results increase in Wisconsin, other numbers down for Friday

The percent of coronavirus test results coming back positive in Wisconsin went back down to 2.8% on Friday, after it had spiked the day prior.

The number of test results was up on Friday, according to new data from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. 11,308 test results came back negative.

Wisconsin reported 320 new cases on Friday and seven new deaths related to coronavirus. A total of 689 people in Wisconsin have died from the virus.

The percent of cases resulting in hospitalization also went down to 13%. It had previously been 14%.
