A Kewaunee County resident who was diagnosed with coronavirus has died, according to the Kewaunee County Public Health Department, making this the first COVID-19 related death in the County. Officials report that the patient had passed away on Monday.
People who had been in close contact to the person have been asked to self-quarantine for 14 days, health officials stated in a news release.
As of Tuesday, Kewaunee County has had 111 residents tested for COVID-19 with 5 positive cases, 78 negative results and 28 tests pending.
