GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — Some McDonald's fast food restaurants in Green Bay will offer COVID-19 vaccination clinics in July, a supervisor for Green Bay McDonald's restaurants said in a statement.

In partnership with Prevea Health, community members age 12 and older are invited to receive the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at select Green Bay McDonald’s locations.

McDonald's will offer a free ice cream cone for each vaccination and a free sandwich of choice for a future visit. There is no cost for the vaccine. Immigration status is not needed, and a translation device will be available.

The COVID-19 vaccination clinics will be offered at four McDonald’s locations on the following dates:

Currently, anyone age 12 and older is eligible for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Individuals who are 12 to 15 years of age must have a parent/guardian present for both doses. Individuals who are 16 and 17 years of age are required to have parent/guardian consent to receive the vaccination.
