MADISON (NBC 26) -- 1,221 positive coronavirus cases have now been reported in Wisconsin, with 14 deaths, according to an update from the state Monday afternoon.
The Governor, citing health officials, said more cases are expected as more tests are conducted. The Governor also renewed a call for donations for PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment).
Governor Tony Evers was joined by Department of Health Services Secretary-designee Andrea Palm and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ryan Westergaard to answer questions about the state's response to COVID-19 in Wisconsin, the testing process, and additional steps people can take to avoid illness.
