It's the time of year where children are out riding their bicycles, and leaders in Ashwaubenon want to make sure those kids stay safe.
Ashwaubenon Public Safety and the Ashwaubenon School District hosted a Bike Rodeo Tuesday to teach kids ages 3-12 about the importance of wearing helmets and obeying the rules of the road.
They gave away free helmets, and students got to practice different safety scenarios on a special bike course.
