Thousands of people put boots to the pavement on Saturday morning for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
The event works to raise money for the American Cancer Society.
It also is a way to honor the survivors of breast cancer by showing how much support the community has for them. Survivors say they're overwhelmed by the love
"I've been struggling with my feelings ever since treatments have been over and it's been really nice to be here today and just be with other ladies who've gone through the same thing and see how supported we are," said Amy Butzen.
The event also featured a group of women joining together to pull a tractor-trailer 20 feet. The event raised $100,000.
