VILLAGE OF EPHRAIM, WIS — Rooted deep in Scandinavian heritage is the tradition of fish boils, at least in Door County where many of the immigrants planted their roots some 140 years ago. That's where one eatery has been sharing the history of fish boils with their guests, along with a hearty meal, for decades now.
