VILLAGE OF EPHRAIM, WIS — Rooted deep in Scandinavian heritage is the tradition of fish boils, at least in Door County where many of the immigrants planted their roots some 140 years ago. In this edition of Small Towns we visit the Village Ephraim's Old Post Office Restaurant. That's where one eatery has been sharing the history of fish boils with their guests, along with a hearty meal, for decades now.
