The Brown County Sheriff's Office arrested a Hobart man in connection with this case, according to an email update.

The Brown County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's assistance with identifying a suspect that is connected to a theft and fraud case in the Village of Howard.
According to the Brown County Sheriff's Office, on Sept. 14 at 1:44 p.m., a woman near her vehicle at a grocery store in the Village of Howard had her purse stolen by an unknown suspect.
The suspect fled the parking lot in a 2015 Honda Accord with no license plate, at a high rate of speed.
It is reported that the suspect conducted fraudulent transactions at a gas station in the City of Green Bay approximately 25 minutes after the theft.
Additional fraudulent transactions were attempted, but they were declined.
The suspect remains at large and the victim's purse and contents are still missing.
