The Packers say they are preparing for several thousand Green Bay Packers Shareholders for the annual meeting.

The event is set for Wednesday, July 25, at 7 p.m. at Lambeau Field. According to the Packers, this will be the first evening meeting held in Lambeau Field.

The event will be held rain or shine.

The Lambeau Field Atrium is open to the public from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., along with 1919 Kitchen & Tap, the Packers Pro Shop, and the Packers Hall of Fame, which will be open for normal business hours. The Atrium will close at 2, and will be open only to Shareholders and ticketed guests from 3 to 10 p.m.

Stadium gates will open at 5 p.m.

The Packers want to remind anyone attending that because of the Packers Experience 100 Seasons event in the Lambeau Field parking lots, limited parking is available in Lots 1, 6, 7, 10, 13, 14 and 16.

Parking lots open at 8 a.m.

Limited ADA parking is available as well. Shareholders parking on neighborhood streets are reminded to follow the posted signs and normal regulations.

Also new this year, Shareholders are reminded that seating for the meeting will be on the west side of the stadium, and the Kwik Trip, Fleet Farm, Oneida Nation and American Family Insurance Gates will be available for entry to the meeting. Persons needing wheelchair positions will be located in wheelchair seating areas on the west side of the stadium. Shareholders that require the use of a wheelchair are asked to bring their own, and those who have special needs or need special assistance are asked to enter through the Associated Bank Gate.
