Ryan joined NBC 26 as a multimedia journalist in August 2018. He could not be more thrilled to be in a community as strong as the one in Northeast Wisconsin.

A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Ryan comes to Wisconsin after working as an MMJ for KRNV News 4 in Reno, Nevada where he covered the latest stories surrounding beautiful Lake Tahoe and Northern Nevada.

Ryan is a graduate from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. While at ASU, he reported and anchored for the Cronkite school’s award-winning newscast “Cronkite News.” In the summer of 2016, Ryan was one of the select few students chosen to travel to Rio de Janeiro to cover the 2016 Olympics, where he produced stories on the USA women’s water polo team winning gold, and popular hiking trails throughout the city.

When Ryan is not reporting on the latest stories around Northeast Wisconsin, you can catch him on his quest to eat every cheese curd in Green Bay, or watching his favorite sports teams like the San Francisco 49ers, Golden State Warriors and – of course – his Arizona State Sun Devils.
