There are many roads throughout Ashwaubenon dedicated to Packers greats, but the newest addition truly honors a man who led the Packers to some of its best years in history: former GM Ron Wolf.
Ron Wolf Way was dedicated Tuesday just behind the new Bellin Health facility in the Titletown District.
It honors the man who helped the Packers make six straight playoff appearances, win two NFC titles and bring home the Lombardi Trophy.
Wolf said he was honored by the new roadway.
"When a person has a opportunity to come work for the Packers, it's the ultimate place in professional football," Wolf said during the dedication ceremony. "It's the crown jewel of the NFL, so for me to be a small part in the history of this thing, it's a remarkable feeling."
Wolf thanked Packers fans during his speech and added he'll likely travel down his newly named road whenever he makes it back to town.
