A roadway in the new Titletown District will soon bear the name of a Packers Hall of Famer.

The Green Bay Packers and the Village of Ashwaubenon will dedicate "Ron Wolf Way" on Tuesday, September 19 at 1:30 p.m. The event is open to the public.

Street signs will be installed and Ron Wolf will attend the dedication, along with Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy and Village of Ashwaubenon President Mary Kardoskee.

The road is between Brookwood Drive and Blue Ridge Drive.

The proposal to rename the road was approved at the August 22 Ashwaubenon Village Board meeting.

Wolf is a Pro Football and Packers Hall of Famer. He served as the executive vice president and general manager for the Packers from 1991-2001, helping to acquire some of the biggest names in Packers history including Brett Favre and Reggie White.

Under Wolf, the Packers had the second-best regular season record in the NFL.
