Steven Avery's attorney showed no signs of letting down Monday.
Kathleen Zellner, representing the convicted killer, tweeted her plan to fight on in the appeals battle to win Steven Avery's freedom.

Avery was convicted along with nephew Brendan Dassey for the 2005 murder of Teresa Halbach.
Dassey has taken his appeal to federal court.
