Sunday morning was a chance to find some zen and possibly even a furry little friend to take home.
The "Cats on Mats" event was held at Western Raquet and Fitness Club on Sunday.
People can enjoy yoga and met cats and kittens who need a home. Volunteers say it's also relaxing for the cats.
"It just gives the animals kind of a chance to roam and play at their own pace, be around new people and which always increase their opportunities of getting adopted," said Cathleen Halsey of Happily Ever After Animal Sanctuary
