The two people killed in a crash between an SUV and semi in Waupaca County Monday have been identified.
Joyce Schertz, 82, and James Schertz, 86, both of Clintonville, died after they allegedly did not stop at a stop sign and were hit by a semi, deputies said.
The crash happened around 11:20 a.m. on State Highway 156 at County Highway Y in the Town of Matteson.
The two were pronounced dead at the scene. The semi driver, Roger Kasten, 76, of Shawano, was not hurt.
