Police have identified the victim of Sunday's fatal shooting in Grand Chute as Benjamin A. Graves, 20, of Appleton.

Graves died from a single gunshot wound, police said.

A 17-year-old and 19-year old, both from Grand Chute, are in custody. The 19-year-old man faces charges of first degree intentional homicide and manufacturing/delivering marijuana. The 17-year-old also faces marijuana charges and possession of a firearm by a felon.

On Sunday afternoon, Appleton and Grand Chute police responded to the 600 block of South Olson Avenue for a report of gunshots.

When authorities arrived on scene, they found Graves' body in a driveway with gunshot wounds.

Police said the three men were arguing and the disagreement turned physical, although officers have not said what they were arguing about.

The two men accused in the shooting are scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
