A man accused of murder appeared in Brown County court Friday for a pre-trial hearing.
Richard Lee McKinney, 28, is facing charges of first degree intentional homicide.
His trial is scheduled to begin on September 18.
Investigators say he fatally shot a Green Bay man over a heroin deal in September 2016.
