Ryder System, Inc. announced Monday it will close its Greenville facility, laying off 159 workers.
The facility, located at W6545 Quality Drive, will close December 31.
The Department of Workforce Development and Bay Area Workforce Development Area Rapid Response Team will work with the laid off workers.
The facility closure will be permanent, the company said in a letter to employees.
