Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office says at around 3:30 Sunday morning, two people were shot inside a residence on the 400 block North of 10th street in Oostburg.
Deputies and EMS were dispatched to the scene, and two men were found inside who police say died from gunshots wounds. The victims appeared to have been shot while at home, according to deputies.
A person of interest has been arrested and in custody, and the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Dept. says there is no danger to the public at this time.
This is an ongoing investigation, and the Sheboygan County District Attorney is working with the sheriff’s department to review the case for charges in the future.
