A Kaukauna woman was arrested Monday for allegedly robbing a Little Chute bank.
According to police, the 55-year-old woman displayed a knife at the East Wisconsin Savings Bank on E. Main Street in Little Chute around 12:30 p.m. She demanded money and then left with an undisclosed amount of cash.
No customers were in the bank at the time and no one was hurt.
After reports of the bank robbery, Kaukauna Police contacted Fox Valley Metro Police about a person of interest.
Investigators reviewed surveillance cameras and spoke with witnesses, determining that person was involved in the armed robbery.
Kaukauna and Fox Valley Metro police officers arrested her at her home in Kaukauna.
The woman is being held at the Outagamie County Jail on one felony count of Armed Robbery of a Financial Institution.
The investigation is ongoing. NBC26 is not naming the woman until she has been formally charged.
