The Oshkosh police are investigating a report of a woman who says she woke up around 5 this morning, and saw a man standing next to her in her bedroom. It happened on the 800 block of Wisconsin Street.
The man ran off quickly, and the woman wasn't hurt. She described the stranger as a white man, around 5'10" with a muscular build, in his teens or early twenties, wearing an olive colored hooded sweatshirt.
Police say it didn't look like he forced his way into her building, and nothing was stolen.
