An Appleton man was hurt, but will also face charges, after trying to car surf on a stranger's car Monday morning.
A 33-year-old Menasha man was driving on the 300 block of S. Badger Ave sometime before 5:50 a.m. when a man with a skateboard jumped onto the hood of his car, Appleton Police said.
The driver yelled to the man to get off, but he refused and raised his skateboard in a threatening manner, police said.
