An Oshkosh man charged in Winnebago County court this week for having improvised explosives in an apartment in Oshkosh.

Steven Luebke, 29, was charged with possession of improvised explosives.

Officers were called to the 200 block of N. Westhaven Drive on July 19 for a harassment incident, but were told about possible explosive inside an apartment.

The Brown County bomb squad was called and took control of several items for evidence. Luebke was arrested.

A cash bond was set at $5,000. Luebke can't go to the apartment where the explosives were found.

He is back in court on August 3.
