Keller said it's important to remember what's written in the motion is not proven and these are still accusations.
“This is the most compelling counter narrative to the state's case that I have ever seen since day one of this case,” said Aaron Keller, legal analyst with Lawnewz.com.
Keller says from here, it depends on Wisconsin laws and a standard of review for what happens next. He added a case cannot be tried over and over again.
