The back and forth debate continues on what to do with the City of Green Bay's previously decommissioned 9/11 memorial.
On Tuesday night, Green Bay City Council voted nine to one in favor of sending the issue back to the city's Parks Committee, for a second time.
The memorial was decommissioned this past September 11th, during a special ceremony. City leaders said it was because the memorial was falling apart and had wrong information on it about the victims.
The City Council is now hoping the Parks Committee can provide them with how much it will cost to remove pieces of the monument and the gravel around it.
