Appleton Police arrest man after two injured in Ale Haus stabbing

Police have arrested 42-year-old Luis Carlos Avila of Appleton in connection with a stabbing incident at Dieter's Ale Haus Saturday night.

According to police documents, he was arrested for 1st Degree Reckless Injury and Aggravated Battery-Intend Great Bodily Harm.

Authorities booked him into the Outagamie County Jail at just before 4 a.m. Sunday morning.

Police say they believe Avila is the lone suspect.

Police say the victims, a 28-year-old man and a 39-year-old man, both from the Fox Valley, are hospitalized and in critical condition.

Appleton Police are investigating a stabbing incident.

Police were called for a disturbance Saturday around 8:45 p.m. at the Dieter's Ale Haus on Northland Avenue.

Two victims were found and taken to the hospital for treatment. Their conditions are not being released at this time.

The suspects left the scene before police arrived. Police say the public is not believed to be in danger.
